TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please read this document Carefully. It contains very important information regarding your rights and obligations, including limitations and exclusions that might apply to you.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products (“Products”) through www.shopvaiza.com (the “Website”). By placing an order for such Products, you agree to be bound by, and accept, these terms and conditions.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was canceled.

Payment Terms  Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:

Payment is due in full at time of order. Payments to be processed in United States dollars.

Shipping Fees, Taxes, and International Duties 
If you are shipping within the United States of America, sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to New York State and California.  No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the United States.

Orders shipped from our headquarters will be sent via FedEx within the domestic United States. International orders will be sent via United States Post Office.


Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing the orders will take an additional 2 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

  • International delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days.
  • US orders are shipped by US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at their destination.

All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Vaiza Collection is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature.


Return / Exchange Policy

Returns / exchanges on full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. For returns, a refund will be given in the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving your returned product.

For exchanges, the difference will either be charged or refunded to the original payment method. In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please contact customer service support@vaizacollection.com.

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.


Shipping / Order Processing Information

Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM US UST (US Central Time) will be processed on the following Monday.
  • International orders may take an additional day to process. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in-stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification.
  • Please note that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Any challenges with payment processing may delay shipment. Once the order is processed and leaves the shipping facility, delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier schedule. By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.

International orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate. Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimate.
