Shipping and Returns
Shipping / Order Processing Information:
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Vaiza Collection will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in-stock, or if we need additional information for credit verification. Please note that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Any challenges with payment processing may delay shipment. Once the order is processed and leaves the shipping facility, delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier schedule. By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
Return / Exchange Policy
Returns / exchanges on full price merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase. For returns, a refund will be given in the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving your returned product. For exchanges, the difference will either be charged or refunded to the original payment method. In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please contact customer service -firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer returns and exchanges for orders that fall within our 15 day policy.
All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
Products must be returned unused, undamanged and in original packaging.
